Milo’s Retreat Villa is a very quiet beachfront villa located in Pemuteran on the north coast of Bali. Its Bohemian Style architecture and interior design combines Tropical Balinese cultural elements with brilliant hues inspired by the colors of the ocean and coral reef life. The blue textured paint on the ceiling and walls of the bedroom and bathroom of this villa gives the feeling of being in the sea itself.
The furniture is mostly made from natural materials such as wood and rattan with Balinese ornamentation. The floor in the bedroom and living room area is of gravel and cement and then painted in blue, in line with the walls and ceiling. The villa is warmly decorated with antiques and an eclectic collection of Balinese art objects.
Milo’s Retreat Villa has two stories. On the first floor are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen and outdoor dining area. On the second floor is a large bedroom, a rooftop terrace garden, and an outdoor sitting area.
