Samsara Samudra

Bulukumba, South Sulawesi, Indonesia

Handcrafted in the traditional style of a Bugis phinisi, as used by seafarers from South Sulawesi, the elegant 44.75-meter-long Samsara Samudra has three decks, with a Master Suite (with exclusive access to the Jacuzzi), Premium Suites (with balcony) and Suite Rooms (two located on the main deck and two on the lower deck). The furniture throughout the ship is custom-made from teak, rattan and other locally sourced materials. Each cabin has a different Indonesian-island theme, making each one different in detail and ambiance through the judicious use of traditional woven textiles and Indonesian art objects. The warmth of solid wood, a color scheme of bottle green, cream and fawn, with antique brass fixtures and environmentally friendly materials all combine to create a stylish and relaxing atmosphere.
